Vafiero International Limited was incorporated in 2008 as a private limited liability company saddled with the role of empowering clients and investors with the knowledge of real estate investments. Vafiero International Limited is a Property/Investment Company duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Our objectives are to engage efficiently, responsibly and profitably in Real Estate and Other Selected Businesses. We participate in development of properties to meet evolving clients' needs and the country's growing demand for properties.
Our Mission is Home For All, A dream come true. We discover cheap, fast developing lands and makes it available to our customers and also expose them through our investment arm. Different means by which they can raise the required capital to build their own homes.
We then take the buying, selling, renting or leasing of land or buildings. We have various estates at various stages of development in Ibeju - Lekki axis of Lagos.

MR NDUBUISI OFFIAH - MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO
Ndubuisi Offiah holds a bachelors degree in Economics from the Enugu State university of science and Technology (Esut) with over Ten years working experience in banking, Mr Offiah has carved a niche for self in the areas of financing and Estate development. He rose to the position of Regional Head Estate development in Bank PHB. Ndubuisi has also attended many courses within and outside the country including Uk,UAE and US. While serving as the MD/CEO of Vafiero international ltd, he sits on the board of various companies.
DR OFFIAH JULIET - DIRECTOR/ SUBCONTRACTOR COORDINATOR
Dr. Offiah is a medical doctor, a graduate of the college of medicine University of Lagos with qualifications in Health Safety and Environment. With strong leadership roles and extensive work in strategy management she has been able to successfully coordinate large cooperation like, Aim consultants ltd., Narelli maintenance firm, 3 leading radio stations in Nigeria (Coolwazobiainfo FM) amongst others in the creation of sustainable health and safety culture and environment that includes team building at a national level.
With a vast experience in public health media consulting, she has developed one of Africa's leading platforms for promoting health and safety on media through a project called "Dr.Julz". using this portal we have been able to subcontract health related services for the government and leading health based establishment in and around Africa. Due to the excellence in her services she was awarded the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Award 2014, an award she was also nominated for the following year. MR. PETER EKUNKOYA - FINANCE AND BUSINESS STRATEGY CONSULTANT
Mr. Peter is a revolutionary in thought leadership in areas of development and execution of localized marketing strategies & plans for the brand portfolio. Responsible for P&L and delivering on commitments. He nurtures an effective working relationship with established companies and ensure proper field execution of marketing strategies. He earned his Bsc in Economics in University of Lagos and Masters in Management at eh Lagos Business School. He is also a certified Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Delivered a 60% reduction (Ngn 11MM) in the WHT liability of Lagos State audit (1999-2001). Other responsibilities included: Lead and manage all tax obligations to ensure timely and accurate remittance and handling of all tax audits (Federal & Stare), Manage insurance policy renewal and following up on claims, provide Financial Analysis on tax matters as they impact business initiatives, guidance on tax laws, rates & application and preparation of all schedules for Company Income Tax query by Federal Inland Revenue. In cost management he delivered $200K cost savings projects through sourcing opportunities, benchmark studies and loss analysis with other P&G Plants within the region. I also led bi monthly meetings to track cost savings and monthly analysis of variance and initiating savings ideas. Financial Analysis: Designed a robust model for forecasting and tracking inventory to achieve the cash flow targets of the Company. Exceeded Cash flow target by $400K in 2005. Also in process development, he delivered breakthrough savings through the development of a daily material utilization tracking tool to effectively identify opportunities to reduce production loss. Saving the company about $200K annually. He coordinates the developed the Product Supply organization by simplifying the closure process and on boarding new Inventory accountant and Tax manager.
MR. IKENNA NWAMBA - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Dr. Ikenna Nwamba is a U.S. trained physician now focused on international business development opportunities in the healthcare sector; including, pharmaceutical manufacturing and retail, real estate development, medical equipment, physician services, and venture capital. He assists in building, managing, and deploy teams that create leads, close sales, and harvest client relationships. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan as a medical doctor and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. His strong points are in operation management and research association.
MR. MICHAEL ONUH, AMEDU - COMPANY SURVEYOR
Micheal Onuh is registered with Surveyors council of Nigeria(SURCON) as Surveyor. He has a professional Diploma in Surveying & Geoinformatics, a higher National Diploma in Surveying & Geoinformatics (HND) and a National Diploma in Surveying & Geoinformatics (ND). He is also the professional member of Surveyor at Surveyors Council Of Nigeria Member and Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS). He is highly skilled in map creation and updating, data acquisition with: total station, EDM, digital level, GPS attribute data acquisition, data processing and information presentation.
